  • Build to learn — side projects like a serverless MUD exist so I understand a platform before I try to explain it.

  • Write & teach — 140+ posts since 2017 on mobile, cloud, GraphQL, .NET, and now AI/agentic coding.

  • Bridge product & engineering — a Product Management pedigree wrapped around an architect's brain.

Outside of Work

  • Cycling — the ideas that don't show up at a keyboard show up here.

  • 3D printing — "I could just buy one" has never once won the argument.

  • Writing — the non-code kind, when I can manage it.

  • Born and Bred in the UK — 33 years in the USA, back in England again.
